1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy.

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Personal Preference: For standard returns (e.g., change of mind, size, or style choice), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, Camiu will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately at hello@camiu.shop to receive assistance.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned due to health, safety, or hygiene reasons:

  • Personal care products or intimate apparel.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

  • Gift Cards: All digital gift cards are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank Processing: Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
