At Camiu, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is our shipping framework designed to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will typically become active within 24–48 hours.

  • You can track your package directly through the carrier's website provided in the email link.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Camiu is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Applicable state sales taxes will be calculated and added to your total at checkout based on your shipping address.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

Camiu is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • If your tracking information says "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us at hello@camiu.shop within 48 hours.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Camiu is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
